Treatments & Procedures

Patient Eligibility & Preparation

You may be eligible if you have had pain for more than three months, it interferes with your daily life, and other treatments have not provided relief. A physician referral may be required.

Bring your referral letter (if required), a list of current medications, medical history, and any imaging reports (MRI, X-rays, etc.).

Your doctor will provide specific instructions. Typically, you may be asked to avoid certain medications, refrain from eating or drinking for a few hours, and arrange for someone to drive you home.
