Yes. For OHIP-covered services, a referral letter from your physician is required. For other treatments, you may contact us directly.

A referral letter from your physician is required for all OHIP-covered services.
For some non-OHIP services, a referral may still be required if a medical assessment is needed prior to treatment.
Certain non-OHIP services, such as IV vitamin therapy, does not require a referral.
